Apple Cider DIY Toner

Photobucket
I'm sure everyone has apple cider in their pantry. If not, please do think about buying it after this post. :) Apple cider is good for your overall health and that leads to achieving beautiful skin. The plus point of this vinegar is, it is easily available at your local supermarket and it is affordable!

Here are the list of benefits:
1. Helps with skin conditions such as acne.
2. Strengthen immune system.
3. Improve digestion and prevent constipation.
4. Cures sore throat.
5. Increases your stamina.

And the list goes on....

I was skeptical about applying apple cider vinegar on my face at first. Firstly, the smell of it is not very pleasant and I was worried that I would smell like it for the whole day. However, I gave it a shot anyway and it turns out, the smell fades after a while. After trying this toner for about a week, I have noticed a pleasant result. My complexion is more clear compared to before and my pimples have disappeared pretty fast.

What you'll need:
  • Apple cider vinegar (organic, preferably)
  • A bottle (glass/plastic)
  • Water
  • Cotton pad

Steps:
1. Pour the apple cider vinegar into the bottle till it is half full.
2. Add water till the whole bottle is full.
3. Shake the mixture and place the cotton pad at the mouth of the bottle while inverting it.
4. Swipe the pad all over your face.

Viola!

Simple and fast. You don't have to keep it in the refrigerator if you don't want to. Because, the vinegar has a long expiry date and you're just adding water. So I doubt that the concoction will spoil anytime soon.

If you have sore throat, mix 2 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey with a cup of water. It is tasty and it works!

P.S - Please consult your doctor if you aren't sure if you're allergic to apple cider vinegar.
